Recently I have been diagnosed with bilateral varicocele. Grade 2 on left side and grade 1 on rt side after USG screening. My testesterone level has decreased from 358 in jan 2020 to 285 in August. Can it be cured without surgery? I have started to face problems while sitting as the problem exaggerates but subsides when I lie down.
