I am suffering from bilateral minimal hydrocele. Can uttarabasti ayurvedic treatment cure hydrocele.

Uttarabasthi has no effect on treating hydrocele. Hydrocele is a clearly surgical entity and it has no /min recurrence through conventional surgery. Any way you may try with some ayurvedic medications internally which will help you to maintain and postpone your surgery.
