Hi. Bilateral choroid cysts and Echogenic foci in heart are called soft markers for chromosomal defects. To calculate the risk of baby having genetic problem requires further correlation with age of the mother, family history, other high risk factors, NT scan , double/dual marker results. She needs further evaluation with NIPT (Non-invasive prenatal testing)
