Namaste Doctor, Maine Vitamin B12 test karwaya hai aur mera level 147 pg/ml aaya hai, jo normal se kam hai. Mujhe weakness, thakaan aur low energy feel hoti hai. Kripya bataye: Kya mujhe Vitamin B12 injection lena chahiye ya tablet? Kitni dose aur kitne din lena hoga? Diet me kya lena chahiye? Main vegetarian hoon

You should take injections for once every 3 days for 2 weeks. Followed by oral supplements( plant based B12 tablets )1500 mcg once daily after food for 12 weeks followed by 500mcg for maintenance.  Vegetarian sources Milk & curd Paneer,Butter, cheese. You should follow this and check b12 levels after 3 months.
