Big cracks on hand and feet

Hello, My father is suffering from very severe cracks on skin specially on feet and hand fingers. Have tried visiting dermatologist and tried different medications and moisturisers but nothing has helped. Now it is getting worse and being painful . Also now new cracks are developing between the fingers Can someone help to cure this permanently?
