Hi, I have a screen time of around 10-12 hours. I tried "Refresh Liquigel" and "Softdrop Liquigel" and both of them feels very different on eyes. Please can you tell ne which one is better? I see both have 1% salt but softdrops have glycerine in it.

You can continue the lubricants which you are using as they are good. Pl hydrate yourself. Pl consult ophthalmologist for other tests and treatment for multifocal treatment.

Please understand that dry eyes requires proper multi system approach based on the cause. One drop may it be 0.5% 1% or 2% won't solve all your issues There are multiple things you can do, that will help you more than eye drops Kindly get an online consultation to address all your concerns
