For 16 month old which laxative is better. Lactitol or polyethylene glycol. I mean among two which does not cause abdominal cramps and which is not habit forming. Thanks in advance.

Polyethylene glycol is safe in this age but what is the cause of constipation? Since haw many days child is having constipation. Change in diet
