Beta hcg 4.5 on 30th day

My beta hcg is 4.5 on day 30 of cycle and i am getting light reddish watery flow, not as much as period. Can this be early pregnancy?

B hcg is low, so cant be pregnancy.. Wait for your periods.. If this watery discharge continues then it needs evaluation
