Respected sir or mam plz tell me which toothpaste is good for using a long term without any side effects for whitening my teeth and making a healthy gums plz tell. Me the best paste name and also prescribe it a best brand of a mouthwash

No tooth paste can give you whiter shade rather they  would wear off your enamel.Use pepsodent/ Colgate paste with soft tooth brush( zig Zag pattern) after your professional cleaning by the dentist. They have proven improvement in oral health. Hope this helps you sir
