Best toothpaste and mouthwash
Respected sir or mam plz tell me the best brand of a toothpaste for using it for a long term for making a teeth and gums healthy and also tell me which brand of mouthwash is good for maintaining a proper dental hygiene and making healthy teeth and gums and every day 1 time I do gargel with luke warm salt water gargel

For better results brushing technique is more important as compared to brand of toothpaste. Any fluoridated toothpaste you can use.
Similarly you can use any mouth wash daily.

Please be calm
See almost all tooth pastes are equally effective .but the major reason for success is proper brushing technique along with rinsing with water after every meal.for further details you can consult me on online or off-line mode

Any brand you can use
But for making tooth and gums healthy, you need to do proper brush twice a day
N use soft brush
Brushing your teeth atleast 1.5 minutes not more than 3 minutes
N proper gargling with normal water after every meal
No need of using mouthwash

Greetings sir,
Any fluoridated toothpaste is good so before buying check for fluoride content.
Mothwash you use twice weekly not more then that.
Salt water gargle use it alternate day because excessive use can hamper normal flora of mouth
Brush twice daily.
