Best time to check blood pressure

Doctors say we should check bp twice a day. Morning soon after waking up, before having coffee...Is this a good time? But evening at what time is optimal? Because we would come back from workplace with stress, also we would have had food, coffee etc. So is checking bp in the morning alone enough? Thanks.

Early rise morning BP should be checked. It's enough. But record should be there for atleast 5 days & then medicines should be started accordingly.
