As per my opinion ..none of the best orthopaedic surgeon can help you for ykur back  pain ....better consult a good sports/orthopaedic  physiotherapist first ....

if u dont satisfied with your physio ..change physio rather searching for orthopedist... as u will land up with few pain killers ,calcium supplement, multivitamins.. etc..unless ,.untill u get some severe form of metabolic diseases of bone and joints .. rest is yours call sir . god bless you
