Best Oncologist for multiple cancers

Can anyone suggest me the best Oncologists in India for multiple organs (lungs, stomach and intestine) cancer? It's already diagnosed at the 4th stage. But current doctor says it can be reduced. However we do not want to take chances and want to be absolutely sure. The patient's age is 53yrs,female.
