Hello doctor, im 19 years old. i have started been sexually active lately, I thought of taking some contraception to avoid pregnancy. Can you please suggest a best contraception available except OC or condoms which is 100% effective? and also affordable

There is no contraception which is 100 % effective. U could use today vaginal tablets. To be inserted 10mins before having relation .
