Bent ring & little finger

My aunt's ring and little fingers are bent since last 20 years when her hands got burnt. the bandages the doctor put in her hand strapped her fingers in a bent position and she could never straighten it anymore. now she has a will to straighten her fingers through some treatment. hoping that this would be possible we would like your advise on possible treatment.

Consult a surgeon. As if there are contractures he would release them. Then she might be able to straighten her fingers.
