Hlo mam or sir plz tell me is it ok to do running 30 minutes continuesly without any single min breaks after running 30 min doing zym 1 hours continuesly compliting 9000 steps goal everyday. Around of that eating in morning soaked 2 anjeer .3 almonds and 3 pistachio and green mong sprouts in empty stomach nd drinking all soaked dry fruits anjeer water ..
