Is red wine good for health  Though it's having alcohol in it . But i gone through some research on Google and saw there it's having health benefits . Is it really good for health if consumed in smaller amount?

Red wine is high in anti oxidants therefore in some contexts it is considered to be good for health. However, there is no concrete evidence. Any type of alcohol is bad for health. Occasional limited drinking is okay. There are other ways to consume antioxidants naturally. If thats what you are looking for.
