Hi sir, Peanut butter is not a good pick incase of an elevated lipid profile and when one is overweight. Over a period of time, it might affect the Triglyceride Levels. Red rice 'cakes' is also not a good pick. Instead red rice can be consumed in other forms combined with vegetables to reduce the cholesterol levels. Few examples being Poha/ chilla/ pancakes / dhokla as snack options. Overall - As per your height, 167.64 cm (5'6"), your ideal body weight lies around 65- 68 kgs. Hence you need to focus on cutting down fats, for which processed foods needs to be cut down to the maximum.
Next Steps
Kindly cross check other parameters which might lead to a borderline cholesterol level. You can consult a nutritionist to help you identify the reasons for the same based on your current lifestyle. It is important to identify the foods you can eat OR delete based on bioindividuality.
Health Tips
Food consumption needs to be more scientific than emotional / cultural.

Hi Yes peanut is safe and healthy for consumption provided if it's home made..as peanut butter made available from outside may involve some chemical process with additives and preservatives with artificial flavouring agents to increase their shelf life... So go for home made peanut butter or peanut chutney freshly made which offers lot of health benefits... Since it's an Omega 6 food it's also good for heart as well...but anything taken in moderation by not the exceeding the uptake limit is always safe..and healthy too.. So be it red rice cakes or peanut butter if it's home made with best cooking methods followed and taken in limited quantities is always safe to consume.. intermittently.. Thankyou

Peanut butter is healthy and widely accepted as a healthy butter because it contains omega-6. The presence of oleic acid in peanut butter has shown to help maintain good cholesterol and blood pressure.
