Dear sir Sorry to ask small query what is the benefit with neubilizer my father facing cough and cold  since yesterday can I use this .. if yes pls tell any medicine i have to use name pls . And pls tell is this work to get more breathing relief pls tell .. it covers oxygen or not thanks Age 47
