Dear sir Attached picture Age 27 all of sudden since yesterday below lips on chin . Red rash with puff and swelling feeling.. sevear pain having I tried to do pus out but again pain cw with swelling don't know what is called Pls advice good tablet and treatment and tips .. Thanks

Hie.. need to evaluate clinically.. whether it’s associated with tooth or just lip.. it seems to be mucocoele ..need to examine ..medication can’t be given without examining.... don’t try anything on your own at home to take out the pus out..
