Lot of belly pain and lower abd pain.. vaginal clear discharge with little brown blood.. vaginal burning , small white particles out of belly. Lot of lower back pain

Go fr an ultrasound to find out the reason fr the pain R u sexually active? If yes u need a papsmear n vaginal swab culture to find out the reason fr the burning
