Belly Bloating

I am sometimes constipated. Occasionally alcoholic. Sometimes gaps goes to 9 months. My belly is Bloated. I don't understand why is it so. I dont have any medical history My body weight is 70 kg

Hello, You need to increase water and fibre intake in your diet. Drink a glass of water daily in the morning. This will surely help.

Hi, Bloating is one of the symptoms of indigestion. You need to check whether your food habit is going proper or not. You should follow a balanced diet, rich in vegetables and fruits will maintain bowel movement. Try to maintain a regular meal timing and drink water atleast 3 litre per day. Following a proper lifestyle will help you to get rid off these problems. Try to do some exercises which will help in bowel movement.
