This may be due to Hysteria and any mental diseases. U must consult psychiatrist or doctor or me and treat as early as possible. It is not too late to starr a tretment but u have to take it. Pain , headache and other symptoms , may be  due to vague symptoms. Also consult psychologist for better mental health management.
