Behavioural change

I don't know if a person himself can identify his behaviour changes but still I want to say about what I feel for myself. I feel now a days I gets too much angry and irritated on petty issues with my husband. I can't control my anger and sometimes I try to harm myself to take out my frustration. Harming myself means I scratches my body, bang my head against wall, bite myself.. Even I say abusive and insulting words to my husband which I doesn't mean at all. I feel like destructing something. However on the contrary I am very calm and quiet girl outside. I have some problems like inferiority complex on my height and body shape. I feel I don't look good in any dress. I am a working lady. I can buy anything for myself but I hardly buy anything for myself and feels bad also as I feel like miser girl. I am introvert and shy nature girl. I don't know if I really have any problem or not,but I would like to get some response or suggestions.

The symptoms you have described like irritability, short temper, low self esteem and complexity issues all can be part of your mood swings which you may be experiencing.  Trying to harm oneself is a serious problem which needs detailed evaluation regarding your personality and other issues.

Health Tips
