For Female, Age - 61 yrs, suddenly seeing changes in behaviour.. Not responding much to family members talks, finding difficultly in sleeping, Not eating food in regular consumption however burping frequently with loud noise, avoiding conversations, Unable to concentrate and forgetting things, not relieving anything inspite of multiple attempts to understand.. Had never been like this before and was never been in medications.. Kindly

Kindly consult a psychiatrist. She has to be evaluated in detail to look for the possibility of underlying Mood disorder/Dementia.
