Impact of beetroot juice on healthy kidney.. Creatinine level:- 0.91, uric acid:-8.60, no history of kidney stone, KUB ultrasound normal, Can I take a glass of beetroot+apple juice together daily for overall health...Will it impose any risk to my kidneys...And other organs..Pls answer if possible...

I don’t think it will harm your kidneys. It can cause reddish discolouration of your urine so don’t be scared if you see that.
