Can a normal person drink 2 time a beetroot carrot mx  juice in a day .. Mostly I take 1 times in a days but today after doing workout and running 25 min I fell can I take today 1 glass more juice Plz say .. It is food for maintaning a healthy blood pressure and after taking beetroot juice how many time gaps is required to take a green tea sir plz tell ppz check the bp labels ...
