Hi you should avoid running now as much as u can & take Physiotherapy treatment near by you. Strengthening of Qudriceps & knee exs ll help u lot. Take precaution like sitting on floor, avoid Indian toilet & use knee cap for affected knee. Do suggested exs for 1-2 weeks thrice a day if possible. At home u can go for Hot Water fermentation & apply some anti inflammatory gel externally. U ll be perfect after few days.
