Bed sore oinment and dressing

My grandmother being bed ridden(and with diabetes),has developed a bed sore. We have provided her with air bed and also change her position occasionally. We do regular dressing of the sore 2 times/day with saline water, fusigen spray and dresin oinment and then dress it with a gauze. Kindly advice if there is any alternative ointment we should apply or the above mentioned are fine?
