Becadexamin and Keraglo eva both contain mainly multivitamins, Becadexamin contains vitamin D in addition to B complex while Keraglo eva contains Gamma lino lenic acid ( an essential fatty acid known to prevent Hairfall ) and Biotin.
Both have Zinc and other B complex vitamins and minerals in low dose. But only multivitamins may not solve your problem as there are multiple reasons for hair fall.
