Sir I dont have beards. All of my friends have beards. so they always make fun of me especially girls. Thus I asked the remedy for this problem to a nearby doctor. He told me to use a hair boosting oil. So when I went to the medicine shop and ask a beard boosting medicine they give me a medicine named ' beardo hair growth oil'. so doctor can I use it?

If at 19 you are not getting beared and moustach then primarily concult an andrologist or endocrinologist.  Hair growth is hormone dependent.
