Its been 20 days of my septoolasttyand adenoidectomy , my question is when can i wash my face completely , i am afraid cause theres a chance that water might enter the nose and bacteria may go inside nose, and as the doctor advises not to put finger inside nose , so afyer how many daya can i put my finger inside cause there are dirts which i feel like removing using my hand. and any othet advices?

You can put normal saline 8-10 drops 2 hourly to soften and loosen the dried crust. It should be removed under supervision of a ENT specialist. You can gently wash your face and hair also. Water generally does not go inside nose in normal bathing.

No nose picking Kindly visit the operating surgeon for removal of the crusts . Kindly dont use any fingers. U can have a face wash after 5 days
