I had a bat exposure in my hand 4 th april. I had no scratch or bite mark in my hand. Within 1 hour i went to local hospital. The doctor administrated me arv vaccine. I have took 3rv vaccine and 2 are remaining. I didn't took any tt injection. I took tt injection in 31 january, 20. For another purpose. Is there need of agin tt? I have mild pain in injection site. Is there any chance get rabies? Also Worried abot tetanus.

If anti rabies treatment already completed then no need to worry. Tetanus injection not required frequently. Usually it lasts for couple of years. TT is advised if the patient doesn't remember when was the last time they had it.
Next Steps
Watch for any symptoms like pain, redness, itching etc. at the site of bat exposure. If it gets worse get a physical consult. Complete blood count to rule out any bacterial infections.
