Earlier in 2015 she was operated for ovarian cyst, in 2018 after marriage she got bartholin cyst,which got ruptured last night.so is there any risk associated with her pregnancy??

Bartholin cyst doesn't pose any risk and is not related to pregnancy at all. However about ovarian cyst ,it depends what sort of a cyst it was and how the surgery was done.
