I seem to be having a bartholin cyst/abscess. It developed right after my periods. Last time tried the sitz bath it didn't help so I used hot wet towel compress which made it drain clear yellowish to red fluid. It doesn't look like pus. The size went down but again after my last period it has developed and on hot wet towel compress it is draining a
