My baby is 10 months old. His penis started ballooning while urinating since 1 months..moreover his foreskin is not getting detached from his glans..only 4-5mm foreskin has been detached Thank you in advance

He is having phimosis with pinhole meatus and having ballooning while passing urine Check with pediatrician local to see if he can retract the skin initially and u can continue until glans penis is exposed completely Earlier age best will have less pain and skin more elastic
