Balanitis treatment

I have small red blisters over my penis and irritation in lower part of the main body. While cleaning it with V Wash, I see thin white layer of skin comes out. There is burning sensation while passing the urine. I think these symptoms indicate Balanitis issue. Kindly guide me for the right treatment.

This appears to be much more widespread than balanitis. In my opinion, your while urinary tract is infected.
