Hi Doctor, my foreskin retracted many years ago and stayed behind the glans causing glans permanently exposed. But when i try to retract it more i found some redness on the foreskin outermost tip. Is this is balanitis symptoms? Also my outermost foreskin tip looks like fused with shaft skin. Please examine attached images and let me know. I am not circumcised, don't have any pain, swelling or problem in erection but skin sometimes itching there.
