I hv balancing problem but no vertigo. I got ear checked they told mild infection in right ear but balacing problem could be not bcause of this. All my test r normal. Cbc . Full profile. Heart all ok

First get complete treatment for the ear infection. It's likely to improve your problem. If you still feel problem, get the MRI done.
