In morning, when i about to get up, I feel balance problem while lying down, head sensation when turning head from right to left, but not vertigo & dizziness. Also my both palm feels a little tingling.

sir it requires proper ENT examination and some balance tests should be done to check the problem nothing to worry much, if symptoms are severe plz visit ENT doctor and perform daily activities slowly for few days..
