If you enjoy dancing or cooking try to do that. Learn something new, take a course. Learning something new gives us hope something to look forward to in the future. Give yourself a make-over, Self care is the best remedy for a break up. Force yourself to watch and listen to happy things. Don't keep talking about it with your friends, try to engage in happy social gatherings.
