Bad Posture

Hello , My age is 24 years, since from childhood i am leaning forward ,so my head is in forward posture and created hunch back . this irritates when i am giving presentations and some official work and also my stomach is moving forward.so please give me a Suggestion to correct my posture Thanks In advance for the answer
