Bad lower back ache and light bleeding

Hi,I am experiencing very bad lower back ache from past 15 days. my periods are due on 06 april and I am bleeding light from 03 april.these three days bleeding has increase with browish and very tiny clots.but I am facing difficulty in managing my work due to severe lower back ache and leg pains at night times.is there anything to be worried about?I have undergone  c-section and tubectomy 1 and half year back.i have pcod and thyriod(using thyronorm 25mg)
