It’s completely okay to go through something like this. I understand it is very confusing for you. When you feel that your mind is hyperactive, what thoughts arise in your conscious mind? There must is an underlying cause or thoughts that you are probably not dealing with.
To attain clarity over the situation, try to down the thoughts along with the emotions that you’re facing at a given point of time.
I would also recommend you to see a mental health counsellor to help you gain more insight over the issue that you are currently facing.
