It’s completely alright to feel lost & unable to concentrate on one particular thing. A lot of us feel this way. However, there would be an underlying reason due to which this occurs. Most of us find it difficult to understand the underlying reasons and only focus on how we are feeling.
It would be recommended to see a mental health counsellor to assist you further to understand the specific reason which is making you feel this way and to deal with the same in optimal manner.
