My mind is under pressure...I find difficult in going out...Not aware of what's happening around...So much confused...

Too much stress is the cause of ur problems. U have to learn how to deal such worse conditions. Some points are very much vital like- ● Accept the reality.If u accept it then u left half of ur anxiety. Success or failure ,everything we have to accept. ● Always be positive in every moment in life.In life their may be good time or bad time but we have to walk this journey dont stop.Every failure learn us something special that success could not. ● Busy urself in ur work,passion, hobbies, etc. ● Spent quality times with ur family and friends. ● Dont miss the small Happy moments of life to grasp a big one.Those Happy moments are the precious part of life.
