A heavy burden over head...Unable to sleep...What to do...How to come out of this problem...Please help

When we feel burdened by an issue, it’s hard to focus or to relax. We may tend to think and worry about the problem a lot. Speak to a therapist, it will help you feel less burdened and give you a better perspective on the issue at hand, and find a better way to cope with it.

Don't worry my friend. Take a deep breathe and gather courage to visit a Psychologist to vent out your issues. Things are not as bad as they always  look. You don't need to be sick to visit a Psychologist. We all need to learn to open up. At times, we don't open up to family or friends because of the fear of being judged. This is where a Psychologist can help by listening to us in a non- judgemental manner.
