Antibiotics are of no use against cold viruses and shouldn't be used unless there's a bacterial infection. Treatment is directed at relieving signs and symptoms.... Consult Pediatrician....

How's the chest. If clear nothing much to worry about. Oral decongestants are prescribed only after six complete months. Sinarest syrup has paracetamol. Wouldn't recommend it if no fever. Would suggest nasivuon mini nasal drops &steam inhalation for your child. Regards
