I'm having Deviated Nasal Septum with a nasal spur(CT Scan done) but all the sinuses Are clear.. I'm having bad breath problem from 6-7 years. Can deviated nasal septum be the cause of Bad breath? I've tested for GERD before but no cause could be found.

check your tonsils....that could be infected with anaerobic bacteria causing the halitosis. Find an ENT Specialist equipped with surgical LASERs. Vapourising about 2mm thick surface of tonsils will solve your problem. I do this routinely at my clinic. It does not even require hospitalisation!
