Bad breath

I am 21M, have been suffering from bad breath. Dentists confirmed no gum diseases, cavities or abnormalities. Oral cavity is clear, scaling is also done. Ent has also no concerns. My gastro suggested ppis but still no relief. I highly suspect it might be oral candidiasis or tongue biofilm as the tongue buildup is what that smells. I brush and scrape tongue twice a day. But after I take meals, the tongue coating starts getting bigger. I had used chlorohexidine mouthwash for 7 days and it worked wonders, but after stopping it, it started smelling again. What should I do. I am attaching my tongue pictures right after scraping and after 2 to 3 meals (at night)
